Our environment is changing rapidly. Planning and implementation projects can no longer be viewed in isolation. The increasing division of labor in product development as well as in plant engineering requires good project management to coordinate all service partners. Leadership based on the hierarchical principle no longer functions properly in the vast majority of companies. What is needed are managers who are willingly and voluntarily followed by their employees. That is why a new generation of managers with the right experience and skills is needed to think and act globally.
